€10.99

As a successor to the famous Ponton Mercedes, the W120, Mercedes-Benz introduced in 1961 the W110 series, also known as the “little tail fin”. With the so-called “tail fin” design feature, the Mercedes-Benz design department, previously known for its conservatism, made a concession to the American automobile design prevailing at the time. Mercedes, however, called them “Peilstege”, as they clearly marked the end of the vehicle when reverse parking.   Warning! Not suitable for children under 14 years.

When the first 12 models in the Schuco-Piccolo series were launched in 1957 nobody had any idea at that stage that these models would still enjoy immense popularity sixty years later. This is no doubt attributed to the simple, robust and thus charming design of the models, which originally owed their appearance to the new die-cast technology of the time.  Schuco Piccolos still make a good impression today on account of their excellent running qualities and their heavy zinc die-casting design like the Mini "Mr. B".   Warning! Founded in the 19th century, Heinrich Lanz AG in Mannheim very quickly developed into one of Germany‘s leading agricultural machinery manufacturers. From the 1920s, the Mannheim company went into the production of farm tractors and thus played a significant part in the motorisation of German agriculture. Under the name of Lanz Bulldog, farm tractors with a single-cylinder, glow-plug engine were produced with great success. These tractors made such an impression that the name Bulldog became widely used in Germany as a colloquial expression for farm tractors in general. Throughout the Lanz-Bulldog-era, a wide range of tractor series were developed under model names such as „Ackerluft-Bulldog“, „Verkehrsbulldog“ or the fast model for road use, the „Eilbulldog“ (Hurry Bulldog). Schuco is going to produce in a limited edition of 1.000 pieces a miniature model of this Lanz Bulldog to a scale of 1:18. Just like the other models of the Schuco Edition 1:18, the Bulldog comes with many lovingly crafted details.   Warning! Not suitable for children under 14 years.

VW T4b Westfalia Camper, red, 1:18

1:18 Edition

VW T4b Westfalia Camper, red, 1:18

€169.00

With the launch of the Volkswagen T4 Transporter series in August 1990, the era of rear-wheel drive and rearengined VW Transporters finally came to an end. While in the predecessor T1, T2 and T3 series the engine was housed in the rear of the vehicle, the completely redesigned VW T4 now featured a transverse front engine that drove the front wheels. In particular, this had the considerable advantage that the VW Transporter, like most of its competitors, now also had a lower-lying, continuous load area. This continuous load area was an extremely important sales argument and was quickly reflected in the sales success of the T4. In addition to the purely commercial version of the Transporter which was mainly used by business customers and public agencies, the Multivan and Camping versions were particularly popular with private individuals. Thanks to a very practical and well thought-out interior, these vehicles offered a considerable degree of comfort on long journeys, were ideal for recreational trips and, thanks to the redesigned chassis and compact exterior dimensions, provided car-like ride comfort. Schuco is going to produce in a limited edition of 1.000 pieces a miniature model of this VW T4b Westfalia Camper to a scale of 1:18. Just like the other models of the Schuco Edition 1:18, the VW T4 comes with many lovingly crafted details, such as opening and closing doors, a front opening hood and the opening bonnet under which the highly detailed replica of the engine is accommodated.     Warning! Not suitable for children under 14 years.

M47G infantry combat vehicle "Bundeswehr", 1:87

1:87 Edition

M47G infantry combat vehicle "Bundeswehr", 1:87

€18.99

The M47 Patton battle tank was an American tank from the Cold War. The Army Department‘s official designation for the M47 was - M47 Medium Tank – 90 mm Gun. The vehicle was named after General George S. Patton, the extremely popular but not uncontroversial commander of the 3rd US army during World War 2. Since Germany still had none of its own newly-developed tanks in the mid-1950s, it was decided to purchase a total of 1100 M47 tanks from the Americans. The first M-47 battle tank was handed over to the German Army on 19.01.1956 in Andernach. At the time, it was a major advantage to the German Army that the US Army had started to convert its tank units from the M-47 to the new M-48 in 1955. Because of this, used M-47 tanks were available at low cost or even free of charge in some cases. Only 600 of the 8500 M47 tanks which were built were delivered to the US Army. The remaining 8000 or so tanks were delivered to the NATO partners of the USA during the Cold War period. Schuco is going to produce a miniature model of this M47G infantry combat vehicle to a scale of 1:87. Military models come with a metal body and chassis. As is expected of Schuco models, a number of key features have been reproduced exactly with the greatest attention to detail.   Warning! Not suitable for children under 14 years.
