NH90 Helicopter "Bundeswehr", camouflaged, 1:87

€32.99

The NH 90 (Nato Helicopter 90) was designed as a lightweight, all-weather and night-time multirole helicopter. Since the fuselage consists mainly of fibre composites, this helicopter has a far smaller radar cross section than other helicopters. As a multirole helicopter, the NH90‘s spectrum of missions ranges from transportation of material and personnel, especially special forces, through to the evacuation of casualties from the battlefield. Schuco is going to produce a miniature model of this NH 90 to a scale of 1:87. Military models come with a metal body and chassis. As is expected of Schuco models, a number of key features have been reproduced exactly with the greatest attention to detail.   Warning! Not suitable for children under 14 years.

As a successor to the famous Ponton Mercedes, the W120, Mercedes-Benz introduced in 1961 the W110 series, also known as the “little tail fin”. With the so-called “tail fin” design feature, the Mercedes-Benz design department, previously known for its conservatism, made a concession to the American automobile design prevailing at the time. Mercedes, however, called them “Peilstege”, as they clearly marked the end of the vehicle when reverse parking.   Warning! Not suitable for children under 14 years.

Founded in the 19th century, Heinrich Lanz AG in Mannheim very quickly developed into one of Germany‘s leading agricultural machinery manufacturers. From the 1920s, the Mannheim company went into the production of farm tractors and thus played a significant part in the motorisation of German agriculture. Under the name of Lanz Bulldog, farm tractors with a single-cylinder, glow-plug engine were produced with great success. These tractors made such an impression that the name Bulldog became widely used in Germany as a colloquial expression for farm tractors in general. Throughout the Lanz-Bulldog-era, a wide range of tractor series were developed under model names such as „Ackerluft-Bulldog“, „Verkehrsbulldog“ or the fast model for road use, the „Eilbulldog“ (Hurry Bulldog). Schuco is going to produce in a limited edition of 1.000 pieces a miniature model of this Lanz Bulldog to a scale of 1:18. Just like the other models of the Schuco Edition 1:18, the Bulldog comes with many lovingly crafted details.   Warning! Not suitable for children under 14 years.

When the first 12 models in the Schuco-Piccolo series were launched in 1957 nobody had any idea at that stage that these models would still enjoy immense popularity sixty years later. This is no doubt attributed to the simple, robust and thus charming design of the models, which originally owed their appearance to the new die-cast technology of the time.  Schuco Piccolos still make a good impression today on account of their excellent running qualities and their heavy zinc die-casting design like the VW Scirocco. The successor to the Karmann Ghia which had been produced since 1955 – the VW Scirocco introduced in 1974. Auto Union Grand Prix racing cars enjoyed great success on the track between 1934 and the start of the Second World War in 1939. The memory of this legendary racing car is now honoured by a Studio II Schuco model in the form of a vintage toy. The kit contains the pre-assambled Studio II along with a tool kit and car jack. Hans Glas started production of the Goggo motor scooter in 1951, and it was Germany’s best selling scooter for quite some time. Encouraged by this financial success, the Goggomobil T250 followed in 1955, and therefore the lucrative entry into the small vehicle market, which was growing rapidly at the time. When the Deutsch Bundespost (German Post Office) was looking for a low-cost small delivery vehicle as a useful addition to the VW Transporter in the early 50’s, the Glas factory in Dingolfing developed the TL 250, a small and extremely agile small transporter. Today, both the Goggo Limousine and the small transporter are sought-after collector’s items and an integral part of the old-timer scene. M47G infantry combat vehicle "Bundeswehr", 1:87

€18.99

The M47 Patton battle tank was an American tank from the Cold War. The Army Department‘s official designation for the M47 was - M47 Medium Tank – 90 mm Gun. The vehicle was named after General George S. Patton, the extremely popular but not uncontroversial commander of the 3rd US army during World War 2. Since Germany still had none of its own newly-developed tanks in the mid-1950s, it was decided to purchase a total of 1100 M47 tanks from the Americans. The first M-47 battle tank was handed over to the German Army on 19.01.1956 in Andernach. At the time, it was a major advantage to the German Army that the US Army had started to convert its tank units from the M-47 to the new M-48 in 1955. Because of this, used M-47 tanks were available at low cost or even free of charge in some cases. Only 600 of the 8500 M47 tanks which were built were delivered to the US Army. The remaining 8000 or so tanks were delivered to the NATO partners of the USA during the Cold War period. Schuco is going to produce a miniature model of this M47G infantry combat vehicle to a scale of 1:87. Military models come with a metal body and chassis. As is expected of Schuco models, a number of key features have been reproduced exactly with the greatest attention to detail.   Warning! Not suitable for children under 14 years.

„To begin with, I looked around but could not see the car of which I dreamed. So I decided to build it myself.“ Based on this famous quote from Ferry Porsche, there appeared in 1948 the first mass-production sports car of the Porsche brand - the 356. During the time of its production, from 1948 to 1965, more than 76,000 356s were produced in the different variants such as coupé, hardtop coupé, convertible and speedster. With the 356, Porsche established its reputation as a producer of high-quality, elegant and highly efficient sports cars. The Porsche 356 is now one of the sought-after sports car classics and, whether as a model or the original, is an inspiration with its timeless, attractive design. Schuco is going to produce in a limited edition of 1000 pieces a miniature model of this Porsche 356 A Carrera Cabriolet to a scale of 1:18. Just like the other models of the Schuco Edition 1:18, the Porsche 356 A Carrera comes with many lovingly crafted details, such as opening and closing doors, a front opening hood and the opening bonnet under which the highly detailed replica of the "Fuhrmann engine" is accommodated.   Warning!
